A Vector is a force applied in a specific direction.
Forge is to create through concentrated pressure and effort.
Over all the sports I have played and took part in so far, there have been two common themes. Those themes are intentional pressure and having goals. The thing is that those two themes are what will lead you to be successful in anything you do.
Let us take running for example. You can have a goal to run a marathon, that is great, but a goal alone will not get you anywhere. If you have intentional pressure, how do you know that pressure will lead anywhere? You do not. I only use running as an example because that is my current reality. I have been competitive in dirt bike racing, football, wrestling, but those two themes remain true in any sport.
You can run all the miles you want but without intentional pressure (structured plan), built for your specific goal and life circumstances, you have nothing. Yes, you can go online and get a cookie cutter plan to get you towards the goal you have. The problem with that is it was not built specifically for you. You have a job, a family, you are in school, work keeps you late, you want to spend time with your kids, you have house projects, the list goes on. I used to struggle with all those same roadblocks.
That is why I set out to build something that combines those two themes, while taking into account your specific situation because, effort without direction is wasted.
Now enters what I built. Vector Forge. It is our mission to ensure that your effort is aimed in the right direction through applying concentrated pressure. In other words, the mission of Vector Forge is to help endurance athletes ensure they are ready for their next direction through concentrated effort and pressure.
